A practical certification for professionals looking to deliver AI education and workforce transformation.
Stage 1: Foundation
Complete the Applied AI Business Leader Certification and Product Manager Trained Certification. This ensures you have walked the full journey your future participants will walk. If you have already completed these, you are ready for Stage 2.
Stage 2: Facilitator Training (20 hours)
Four modules with Christa Hill covering facilitation methodology, Kickstarter Workshop delivery, AI Leader Program delivery, and the business of AI education. This is where you learn not just what to teach, but how to lead a room through transformation.
Stage 3: Practicum (6-10 hours)
Record and submit a full facilitation of a Kickstarter Workshop or AI Leader Program session. Receive detailed feedback against a professional facilitation rubric. Resubmit if needed -- most candidates pass in one or two rounds.
Stage 4: Certification + Licensing
Receive your AI Education Facilitator Certification. Gain access to the full licensed content library: facilitator scripts, slide decks, templates, and materials. Join the certified facilitator community.

The AI for Humans Kickstarter Workshop Series
Four 90-minute live workshops that take a team from "we know we need AI" to "we are building with it." Designed for departments and cross-functional teams of 10-30 people. Problems-first, hands-on, and built around team adoption.
The Applied AI Business Leader Program
A 6-week cohort certification program covering AI foundations, data readiness, prompting, custom AI applications, workflows and agentic AI, and AI ethics. Available in Executive and Business Professional versions. Includes self-directed video content, live facilitated sessions, micro-credential assessments, and capstone projects.

This is a selective program. We are looking for facilitators who will represent the methodology with integrity, energy, and care.

Book an intake interview. This is a 20-minute conversation with our admissions team to discuss your background, your goals, and whether the program is the right fit.
Step: 2
If accepted, you will receive a personalized learning pathway based on your current certifications and experience.
Step: 3
Begin your journey. Complete prerequisites (if needed), then enter the Facilitator Training program.

Questions about Ai Educator Certification
Do I need to be technical to become a facilitator?
No. Our methodology is tool-agnostic and designed to be delivered by business professionals, not developers. If you completed the AI Leader Programme, you have the technical foundation you need.
How long does the full AI Facilitator pathway take?
If you are starting from scratch, expect 3-4 months to complete the prerequisites and facilitator training. If you already hold the AI Leader Certification, the facilitator-specific training and practicum can be completed in 4-6 weeks.
Can I deliver these programs independently, or only through LearnIt?
Your certification licenses you to deliver Tacit Edge curriculum. Delivery arrangements (independent, through LearnIt, or through your own organization) are discussed during the intake process.
What kind of support do I get after certification?
You are not on your own. Your annual membership includes access to a private facilitator community, bi-weekly written updates from Christa on what is changing in the AI landscape, and a monthly live drop-in session covering technology updates, field insights, and open Q&A. You also receive ongoing access to the full licensed curriculum, including every update, with clear notes on what changed and why. This is a living methodology -- the content evolves as the technology does, and you stay current without having to figure it out alone.
Is there a renewal requirement?
Yes. Your facilitator licence and content access are maintained through an annual membership at $1,400 CAD/year. Your first year is included with your certification. This covers your content licence, community access, bi-weekly updates from Christa, monthly live drop-in sessions, and all curriculum updates. Think of it as your professional development and content licensing wrapped into one.
What does the practicum look like?
You record and submit a full facilitation of a Kickstarter Workshop session or AI Leader Program session. Your recording is evaluated against a professional facilitation rubric, and you receive detailed written feedback. Most candidates pass in one or two submissions. It is designed to be flexible -- you deliver on your own schedule, with real or practice participants.
